Having served in multiple pastoral roles over the course of twenty-five years, Daniel has personally navigated the unique challenges of serving on staff in a wide variety of church settings—from the complexities of mega churches and multi-site campuses, to the heartache of church splits, to the deeply personal dynamics of mid-size congregations and intimate fellowships of fewer than 250. Each environment brings its own pressures, conflicts, and opportunities, and leaders often find themselves carrying more than they can share openly.
